Robert Breton Called Sedgwick’s Congressional Campaign ‘A Breath Of Fresh Air’

ORANGE COUNTY — January 6 — Former Mission Viejo Mayor Robert Breton announced his support today for Don Sedgwick for Congress in California’s 45th Congressional District.

Mission Viejo shares a border with Laguna Hills, where Sedgwick currently serves as Mayor. Prior to that, Sedgwick served the families of Mission Viejo as President of the Saddleback Valley Unified School District Board of Education, where he served for 18 years.

In his announcement, Breton said he “respected the strong, visionary leadership Sedgwick has shown as Mayor,” and endorsed Sedgwick as the “conservative problem-solver Orange County needs in Congress.”

“As Mayor, Don Sedgwick has shown he gets results through innovative solutions and conservative values,” Breton said. “His candidacy is a breath of fresh air for those of us who are sick of politicians blowing hot air and who want to see Congress work for the people again. Orange County needs real representation and Don is the only one who can get the job done.”

Sedgwick responded: “Our district has been voiceless for too long now. I am ready to fight for our community in Congress. I am honored to have so much support in Mission Viejo and cities throughout the county.”
